Everything we run is designed to help medical teens connect, express themselves, and feel less alone.

Virtual teen circles

Weekly moderated video meetups where teens can talk about life, health, school, friendships, and whatever is on their minds. These sessions are structured to be safe, inclusive, and peer-led.

In-person gatherings in parks, cafés, and community centers where members can hang out, play games, and build real-world friendships in a relaxed setting.

Creative expression workshops

Art, journaling, music, and storytelling sessions that give teens a way to process their experiences and share them creatively with others who understand.

Parent and caregiver connection

A space for parents and caregivers of medical teens to connect, share resources, and support one another while their kids build their own community.

Sunflower mentorship

Young adult mentors who have been through chronic illness themselves offer guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear to younger teens.
